in 30 seconds.

Day or night, even when every truck is out. Duntos Automation qualifies the job and books it on your calendar, from a call, a text, a web form or a Yelp message.

The first company to answer usually gets the job.

You are on a roof, under a house, or driving between calls. You cannot answer in five minutes every time, at 9pm on a Sunday.

So the lead calls the next name on the list. You never knew they called.

That is not a marketing problem. It is a response problem, and it costs booked jobs every week.

Outcomes, not another dashboard to check.

Every lead answered in 30 seconds

A call, a text, a web form or a Yelp message gets a reply in 30 seconds. Day or night, even when every truck is out.

Missed calls returned automatically

A missed call gets a text back in 30 seconds, pointing at your booking page. The lead does not sit until morning.

Reviews answered the same day

Every review gets a reply the same day, in your words, without anyone having to remember.

Follow-ups that actually happen

Quotes chased, reminders sent, no-shows re-booked. The office stops depending on who remembered.

You see all of it in a plain-English report at the end of the month.

Set it up once. It works every shift after that.

1

A lead comes in

Someone calls, texts, fills in your form, or messages you on Yelp. Any hour, any day.

2

Duntos answers and qualifies

It replies in 30 seconds, answers their questions, takes the details, and confirms the job is real.

3

You get a booked job

The appointment lands on your calendar. A short summary hits your phone. You show up and do the work.

Why Duntos

For 14 years I ran the trucks and the office. Now I build the systems that run the office.

I'm John. For 14 years I was in HVAC, running the trucks and the office. So I know exactly what it costs when a lead sits unanswered until the next morning.

I'm a mechatronics engineer by training, so the automation side is my actual trade, not something I picked up from a course.

In 2016 I stopped taking most of my calls. A missed call got an automatic text back, pointing at my own booking page. I still picked up when something needed a person, but the system handled the rest better than I could from a crawlspace. Your zip code decided your time window, so callers near each other landed in the same five hours. Every morning it re-cut the day into a loop instead of a zigzag. Out of area was declined, and a repair went ahead of an inspection.

Crude next to what I build now. But the thinking was already there, years before anyone was saying AI. AI did not start this. It just made it work better.

I also run a short-term-rental operation where the same systems have been answering guests for years. Nothing here is theory.

Duntos is not a side project. It is what I do.

If your office does the same thing the same way every time, it can run itself.

The questions every owner asks.

Will it sound like a robot?

It is set up in your words, with your service area, your services and your pricing rules. You approve the wording before it ever talks to a customer.

What happens when it cannot answer something?

It hands the conversation to you with the full context. Who the customer is, what they need, and what has been said. It does not guess.

How long does setup take?

Setup is my work, not yours. I learn your services, your prices and your service area, connect your phones, forms and calendar, then test it against real scenarios first.

What does it cost?

A one-off setup fee, then a fixed monthly retainer. It is priced by the size of your office, and you see the number before anything gets built.

Do I have to change how my office works?

No. Duntos is built around what your office already does, not the other way round.

Is this only for HVAC?

Duntos works with home-service businesses. HVAC, plumbing, electrical. HVAC is where I came from, so that is where the examples come from.
